LASIK question!!?

I personally have experienced this and many of my patients also have experienced this phenomenon. You may see continued improvement for up to 6 months or so post op. Many times, though, the star bursting never completely goes away. I still have star bursting at night driving but I really don't even notice it anymore unless I think about it. Some patients with severe night time issues can see improvement by using Alphagan P eye drops. This drop is actually designed for glaucoma treatment but because it causes moderate pupillary constriction many people notice a decrease in their night glare problems. Talk to you doc about the possibility of getting a prescription of Alphagan P and see if it helps any.
