GLOFISH QUESTION OR NEON TETRA?

OH NO! I came home today and found my glofish with her tail gone. She is still alive and swimming but the fins onher tail are gone so shes using her body to swim. She is also bledding right below her gill. Shes barely swimming know. There where other fish with her (including 2 goldfish, pleco, 1 female betta, and three other glofish) but I removed them after i found her injury. Is she going to die Please help
