For the past 2 weeks I have gained a little weight but most weeks I lose it. I have lost 20 kgs since last March. Is this good or bad? I was very obese and now I only have about 15 kgs to lose. Have I done well or should I give up because I had a blow out and gained? Should I go to the weigh in this week? I have been pretty good this week and exercised.
