What does this card mean?

I went with a guy for almost 2 and 1/2 years. We lived together. To make a long story short i found out that he was cheating.I also found out that his ex wife put a pfa on him but dropped it. He lies and i believe they are all catching up with him. We split in Feb. Just this past month there were roses on my porch with a love card. Then he seen me cutting gr and the next day there was a basket of flowers on my table outside. Now on memorail day he puts a card on my porch. He never signed the first card with the roses. I have on this card the proof i need he signed it and said he put the flowers in my yard and then in an e-mail that he sent he said i dropped a card off on your front porch. Please read it and e-mail me or call or text. He told me he is moving in Feb.. out of state and is going away in Sept. (that is when we were going on vacation). He hopes that i have found happiness and that he prays i do. He found what he was looking for here but made a mistake. He must have seen a new guys truck that i am seeing. He wants me to get in touch with him to let him know where he can get this moral stencil saying above my fireplace. Is he nuts? I have called the cops and they keep telling me to get a PFA. I do not want him to get crazy if i get this. I do now though have enough to get him for harrment. I keep everything in my files. My gf said he is not going nowhere he is just trying to get you back. He doesn't want you to be happy he wants you...What do you think?
