How will Congress address creation of American Jobs during the next two years?

Apparently (since they said jobs creation was their top priority), it's going to happen through trying to repeal healthcare, p duplicative laws for show, trying to change the filibuster laws, and issuing subpoenas for ridiculous reasons.
