Spice up a boring outfit!?

Spring pictures are tomorrow & I've been working on a totally fab outfit. So far I've picked some dark skinny jeans, black high heels, & a blue loose tank. If you have any suggestions on how I can spice it up a little more, please give some tips! Whether it's switching some of the outfit for other pieces of clothing, or adding some accessories.
