Is it possible to have my rate changed from Navy NUC to Spec Ops, SEAL specifically?

I've already signed my contract to be a navy nuc and i leave for basic in november. I'm currently in DEP and i've been thinking about it alot lately and want to give special forces a try. I just want to know if it's possible to switch my rating since im still in DEP?
