Nurses, do you enjoy your job? how much toilet/bodily fluids does an rn deal with?

i've been accepted to an accelerated BA to BSN program, which begins in january and will be 16 months in length. the above-mentioned items are my only concern. i'm worried that i will be grossed out and not like it. do rn's deal with a lot of that or is that left up to cna's and lpn's? help! i don't mean to sound petty, but this is an area of concern for me. i like to "count the cost" on everything i get into.
