A shiny, silver-coloured substance X is a good conductor of electricity, the substance is burned.?
A shiny, silver-coloured substance X is a good conductor of electricity. The substance is burned in oxygen to produce a white solid. The white solid is then added to water to produce a solution with a pH os 10. What type of substance is X? Give reason :) thanks if it required an ionic charge of +2, when it reacts, what is the likely chemical formula of the white solid? Suggest a compound that can be used to neutralize the solution so that it can be safely disposed of. PLEASE HELP ME ANSWER THIS!
