Is microscope helpful in viewing atoms?
Not really. But an electron microscope is good for viewing small things such as micro-organisms. That (electron microscope) picks up readings of electron activity and gives a great view or picture of things such as an organisms surface. So we can see cell membrane surfaces and the such. But microscoes cannot really see atoms but we have instruments that do detect atoms and molecules and compouns. We can isolate atoms as well although some are harder to isolate than others and it's very hard to get a pure sample. Especially with organic compounds but it can be done. But to my knowledge No microscopes don't allow you to see atoms. It's through physics and chemistry and the such that we know or theorize ( I guess if you really want to be skeptical ) that they exist or of their existence.
