I know it sounds odd, but my lungs are itchy...?

Okay, I've had bronchitis before, and this was a symptom of it, but I don't feel as crappy as I did then. However, my lungs are severely itchy. I started coughing excessively this morning...yesterday it was mostly a head cold. My inhaler isn't helping...neither is my advair (perhaps I need to get that increased). Does anyone know any treatments that will help this until I can get to a doctor on monday? ...unless it were to improve.
