How to get over your first love?

Hi my ex broke up with me about 1 month ago. I was doing well last week till she called me and started talking to me and calling me often. She would give me hints that she wanted to get back. Then last nite she sent me a text saying that she misses me alot and that She knows I am not going to change and she sick and tired of it. When she said Im not going to change it meant that I am not going to trust her again but i do believe i can but takes time I love her to do anything for her. I love her very much even though she betrayed me twice before I forgave her. I know I have my fualts too when it came to trust. I would worry when shes out with her guy friends that she may cheat on me again but I dont stop her for going out with them. Its just makes me mad she spend more time with them then me and we end up getting into arguments. I cried so hard when I got that tex message. Now that all this happened what do I do. My mind is blank all i can think is her.
