A farewell speech for a JROTC military ball ( ENGLISH TEACHERS) please?

I have been in JROTC for four years now. This year i have to give the farewell speech. Im having a hard time writing it. I dont know what to start off with or what to even talk about. Any english teachers out there? i REALLY NEED HELP.. My BALL IS IN TWO WEEKS
