Excuse me for being stupid. But with yahoo blocked addresses option in spam protection?

There is generally no harm in deleting some or all of the blocked addresses once you have reached the 500 limit. Spammers typically don't go back to previously used addresses because they know they have been put on block, so they create new addresses.
