Exactly? hah! st peter in prison,kneeling, hands bound, eyes directly gazing with childlike innocence..help?

The ones i saw seems " it", but the eye..doesn't gaze directly ..the eyes..is what i want to see..Rembrandt uses light from within his subject to illuminate his paintings, in this one the light is from Peter's eyes.. no anger, no bitterness, no pain..like he knows we are looking at him and he is saying.."it will be fine don't be sad". It is strange but great art works are always awesome and strange.Why else would i be searching for it..? Sorry can't be more technical in description and please excuse the grammar.
